Service Description

This free 30 minute introduction to meditation and breathwork session will help you wind down from the day and also you show you how taking a little space for yourself will help you sleep better, feel better and show up better. The class will take place online ay 8pm GMT. A link to the class will be shared by email ahead of time. You will need a mat, pillow, candle and a journal.
