Ever heard of the term eat your water?
Sometimes a whole day goes by and I notice I haven't drank enough water. One way to increase water in your diet is to consume plants that are water-rich like melon, cucumber, lettuce, peaches and berries. Most of these plants are mostly water - take cucumber for example it is 95% water.
By eating (drinking in this case) water rich foods you absorb the water slowly which means you stay hydrated for longer!
