6 Ingredient Chickpea Pancakes



These pancakes are my new go to Sunday morning brunch recipe.


Topped with homemade hazelnut butter and chopped strawberries.


6 ingredients. 10 minutes.


6 Ingredient Chickpea Pancakes Recipe


Prep: 10 minutes

Servings: 2

You will need:

  • 1 cup of chickpea flour

  • 2/3 cup of water

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1.5 tablespoon of honey

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Other Ingredients

  • Nut butter to drizzle on top

  • Handful of chopped strawberries


Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together

  2. Grease a pan with some butter, ghee or oil and heat

  3. Once the pan is hot use a 1/4 cup scoop and add the pancake batter to the pan

  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side

  5. Repeat this process until all the batter has been used up

  6. Serve with a handful of chopped strawberries (or the fruit you want to use) & drizzled nut butter

  7. Enjoy!
