These pancakes are my new go to Sunday morning brunch recipe.
Topped with homemade hazelnut butter and chopped strawberries.
6 ingredients. 10 minutes.
6 Ingredient Chickpea Pancakes Recipe
Prep: 10 minutes
Servings: 2
You will need:
1 cup of chickpea flour
2/3 cup of water
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tablespoon of honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Other Ingredients
Nut butter to drizzle on top
Handful of chopped strawberries
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together
Grease a pan with some butter, ghee or oil and heat
Once the pan is hot use a 1/4 cup scoop and add the pancake batter to the pan
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side
Repeat this process until all the batter has been used up
Serve with a handful of chopped strawberries (or the fruit you want to use) & drizzled nut butter
